Who is CallTheory for?
Our content is focused on the technical operations of companies and teams in the call center and answering service industries. In addition to your IT staff and script programmers, owners and executives can get value through understanding upcoming technologies.
How does telephone support work?
Whether you need to bounce ideas back and forth, get help with what you're working on, or find out if something is possible, give us a call! We offer "Done With You" style advice and coaching with a soft limit of 2 hours per week.
When is telephone support available?
Telephone support is generally available 12:00 PM Eastern to 6:00 PM Eastern Monday through Friday as a best effort, first-come first-serve basis. Current availability is displayed to logged-in users. Support is not available for emergency situations, after-hours, weekends, or holidays without an additional service contract.
What are learning bounties?
Active subscribers can view, submit, and vote on technical topics that they would like to learn about. We create new documentation for the top bounties each month. Bounties are application-wide.
How do I download scripts and artwork?
We issue your organization a coupon code that is displayed in your portal. You can use the coupon code at store.calltheory.com to download digital scripts and artwork. A new coupon code is issued at the beginning of your renewal period and is valid for the life of that period (either monthly or annually.)
Is there a limit on team members?
We have a soft-cap of 30 members per team. Please email us to enable additional team members.
Can I add my own private documentation?
This is a feature we are considering for future releases, but is not currently available. Please let us know if this is something you would like to see.
Do you have a non-disclosure agreement?
We remove any team-specific or proprietary information from all documentation we publish. If you'd like to execute a mutual non-disclosure agreement, please email us at [email protected]
Do you take payment via check, ACH, or invoice/PO?
We can invoice you with a PO number and accept payment via check or ACH for our annual subscription only. Please email [email protected] to get started.
What is your refund policy?
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions are pro-rated based on remaining time minus the two free-months.
